What file formats are supported?

We currently support PDF files only. Your PDF should contain readable text (not just images). Scanned PDFs with image-only content may not work properly.

What's the maximum file size?

You can upload PDF files up to 16MB in size. If your file is larger, try compressing it or splitting it into smaller sections.

How long does it take to process a PDF?

Processing time depends on the size and complexity of your document. Most PDFs are processed within 10-30 seconds. Larger PDFs may take up to a few minutes.

Audio Features

What voices are available?

We offer multiple high-quality voices including male and female options. You can preview different voices and select the one that sounds best to you.

Can I adjust the speaking speed?

Yes! You can adjust the playback speed from slow to fast using the speed slider in the voice settings panel.

Can I download the audio files?

Yes, you can download the generated audio files as MP3 format for offline listening or sharing.

How do I navigate through long PDFs?

Use the interactive timeline to jump to any paragraph or page. You can also use auto-play mode to listen through the entire document sequentially.

Technical Issues

My PDF isn't uploading. What should I do?

Check that your file is a valid PDF under 16MB. If it's still not working, try refreshing the page or using a different browser. Clear your browser cache if the problem persists.

The audio quality is poor. How can I improve it?

Audio quality depends on the source text quality. Ensure your PDF has clean, well-formatted text. Try different voice options to find the best match for your content.

Some text is missing from the audio. Why?

This may happen with complex layouts, tables, or image-based text. Our system works best with standard text-based PDFs. Try using a PDF with simpler formatting.

The page is loading slowly. What can I do?

Slow loading may be due to large files or network issues. Try refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, or trying again later.

Privacy & Security

Is my document data secure?

Yes, we take privacy seriously. Your PDFs are processed temporarily and not permanently stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Who can access my uploaded files?

Only you have access to your uploaded files during the session. We don't share your content with third parties or store it permanently.

How long is my data kept?

Uploaded PDFs and generated audio are temporarily cached for performance but are automatically cleaned up. No permanent storage occurs.
